Managed the build-out and launch of Yahoo Answers from inception to 70MM monthly users in record time, Yahoo's fastest growing application in recent history.
Managed Yahoo's social bookmarking initiatives serving tens of millions of users monthly. Defined and led the build-out of the next-generation products.

Co-Founded the company to lead all technology through inception, proof of concept, development and implementation of the Internet’s first large-scale real-time Travel Search Engine. Developed a innovative server side technology capable of performing multiple simultaneous, real-time price comparisons across the entire travel spectrum.
Led all product development, engineering and operations activities. Played a central role in business and corporate development, as well as fund raising. Successfully developed and implemented of mission critical Travel Search Technology for the majority of players in the B2B travel business.
Grew the business from zero bookings to thousands of bookings per day and from zero revenue to profitability. Transformed FareChase from an anonymous start-up to the market maker and leader in Internet Travel Search.
FareChase was sold to Yahoo in July 2004 and became the search engine behind Yahoo Travel.

Led a group of four development teams on three continents to develop the Web-Based “Process Model Platform” for the “eMPower” Manufacturing-Planning product line. Managed development of the product from the prototype stage through developing, supporting and commercial marketing.
A world leader and market maker in manufacturing planning, combining Robotic and Human Simulation, Linear Programming, PDM, ERP and desktop connectivity to create a ubiquitous collaboration for all steps of manufacturing planning. Product sales reached $5M within a year of project initiation.
In charge of software and product development, worked directly with customers and partners like BMW and Parametric Technologies Corp., to define product requirements, architect and implement the product with market leading Manufacturing Planning methodologies.

Pioneered the use of Object Oriented software development and methodologies in an environment combining UNIX and MS Windows, while using the leading commercial tools for Groupware, DBMS and GUI.
