I have worked in sales for the last 14 years. Currently, and for the last 5 years I have been involved in the property sector and gained many valuable skills. My specialty is New Zealand property projects and developments medium to high density residential dwellings (apartments)

1994-1999 Sales Engineer / Fluid technology. Solution selling for pumps industry. Involved supply of pumps for all business industries, oil, food, water, waste, fire. I specialised in booster pump systems for high rise buildings throughout Greater Auckland, New Zealand

1999-2003 Telecommunications Sales. Solution selling IT/ Technical sales for all telephony, mobile, data, internet and providing complete communications business solutions for small to medium enterprises.

2003-2006 Property consultant/Investment consultant. Advised and helped investors restructure their financial lives through direct investment in residential property. Advised on financial structures to protect assets and obtain legal tax advantages through formation of companies and trusts. Evaluated funding/financial capabilities and referred to lending institutions. Positions held, sales manager, general manager and director for a team of 12 staff.

2006-present Real estate agent. Specialising in medium to high density dwellings in Auckland and throughout New Zealand. Additionally in the process of setting up a New Zealand website dedicated to marketing New Zealand Property Projects & Developments.

  I work as part of a team from within the corporate branding and structure provided by multinational Ray White Real Estate New Zealand. This allows immense support and a large existing network of Expert Ray White brokerages to allow us to specialise in New Zealand property projects and developments. We work multi-residential property developments or projects. For example this translates to residential developments with 6 plus residences or residential land with multiple subdivisions. We are in developmental stages of creating the new master website " NZ Property Projects & Developments”, that will provide most available residential property opportunities planned, off the plan , under construction, newly constructed or completed up to 2 years old.
