I am a Computer Science undergraduate in final year and a open source enthusiast. I am self-motivated, quick learner, developer and writer. This led to me becoming the Campus Sun Club Coordinator, and I organized various events related to NetBeans, meant to increase the adoption of NetBeans IDE in the campus.
In May '08, I was appointed as the Contribution Coordinator of the NetBeans Community Docs, to manage contributions, and help new contributors get accustomed to NetBeans Community Docs Program, comfortably. Also, as an intern at Sun Microsystems, developing a project, which would enhance the existing XML Editor Support provided by NetBeans IDE.
In July ‘08, I was invited to join NetBeans Dream Team, on the basis of my contributions done to NetBeans Community. So, I am also a member of the NetBeans Dream Team, which is a community-driven group of highly-skilled NetBeans users.
* Proficient in C++ and Core Java.
* Integrated Development Environments worked upon, Visual Studio .NET 2005 and NetBeans (version 5.5 onwards).
B.Tech, Computer Science, 2005 — 2009 (expected)
Learnt programming languages like C/C++, C# and Java. Developed projects on various Integrated Development Environment's like NetBeans, Visual Studio .NET and Turbo C/C++.
As a Sun Club Coordinator, organised various technical events and gave few presentations, meant to increase the adoption of NetBeans during pre-final year.

* Appointed as NetBeans Community Docs Contribution Coordinator.
* Finished in Top 100 in NetBeans 6.1 Beta Blogging Contest.
* Finished runner-up in Sun Student Views and Reviews Blogging Contest.
* Inducted into the NetBeans Dream Team.
