I am an unconventional lawyer who focuses on the people in the process as much as the facts and circumstances they bring to litigation.
I worked my way through undergraduate and law school by working multiple concurrent jobs, experiencing everything from event, sport facility and operations management to coaching, fitness instruction and sports agency…from babysitting and home health care to basic home improvement and automobile repair...and from restaurant service to customer service. There are few jobs that I haven’t done!
My first attorney position gave me the trial experience in NYS Supreme Court, Civil Court, and the Workers' Compensation Board. Now working for myself, I am gaining even greater understanding of entrepreneurship and small, home-based businesses.
I think we are laying the foundation for the next cycle of business in the US and many countries across the world, and I believe there is room for all of us. I'm here to help you succeed, whether you require assistance in selecting the proper entity for your start-up business, developing contracts and partnership agreements, protecting your intellectual property, creating business procedures to avoid troubles, or resolving the ones that can't be avoided.
If I can't help you directly, I have vast and diverse contacts in many industries and will do my best to keep you moving. I only ask that you be respectful of my time and give me specific requests that fill in the gaps that you can't fill on your own. I'll empower and assist you, but I won't do your work for you. You're the best equipped to do that. ;)

THEBOA is undergoing a reorganization, but I highly recommend Ag Apparel. Founder/Designer Jordan Silver and I had similar visions for the adaptive apparel industry. Her fashion design background and unwavering persistence has gotten her a couple of mentions in O Magazine, among other resources. She and her designs get better all of the time.
