I believe that, executed correctly, technology can play a part in transforming people’s lives. In order to succeed in creating and implementing these types of technologies one has to be able to listen to and understand the user and what he or she values. For me, this is an exciting challenge—one that makes design about more than simply making things look good but about adding value to the user experience.
