Spent some time away from the software business pursuing my Yachtmaster Ocean qualification from the Royal Yachting Association, sailing in the Solent off the south coast of England, several channel passages, sailing in the Med from Vassiliki, Greece, and culminating in an Atlantic crossing from Bordeaux, France to Annapolis, Maryland via the Azores and a serious bust-up with mother nature when Hurricane Gustav found our boat several hundred miles north of Bermuda! I recommend it to anyone. :)
