I lately discovered the development, it was quickly the focus in my professional life.
How did i lived without till now ?
I was'nt satisfied with analysis i received, i always wanted more, and i walked on the moon the day it was offered to me to become analyst. First it was technical analyst, just to keep the "how" it must be done.
After that, i joined the functionnal team. Always in contact with customer.
Just a fact : why do i have to describe something that's gonna be developped 12 month later ?
And just around the corner, something happened , eXtrem Programming was the answer.

I'm absolutly convinced this is the answer to customer fears, he doesn't know yet.
