He has years of experience in leading technology professionals in the successful delivery of projects for globally recognised clients. As Delivery Lead for Utilites with Keane UK, Noel is responsible for all aspects of delivery, client and account management for the Vertical as well as staff managment and leadership.
Prioir to Keane, Noel was a Sr Programme Manager at Sapient where he last took on the role of Delivery Lead for a long term strategic outsourcing deal won on the back of a successful 2.5 year programme to delivery a water billing system, a project in which Noel was one of the Programme Managers.
Noels other experience is from his earlier career at Sapient in the US when he played many roles inlcuding Developer, Site Developer and Information Architect. During this time he perfected his skills of facilitation and team leadership as well as developing and eye for striking and useful design.
Prior to Sapient, Noel spent his time training and woking for Liberty Information Technology on assignment in the USA.
