Noam Kostucki's Summary
As a university drop-out, I am amazed to be asked to give training at Yale University at 19.
I then quickly fail my first business in Singapore, and two years after I set up my corporate training and coaching company in Poland, it goes down with the financial crisis in 2008.
Since these failures, I am thrilled to have co-founded three social enterprises, and to have given training and coaching to over 10,000 people in over 10 countries.
I am happy to have been trusted to work with the likes of Hewlett Packard, Tata Consultancy Service, PKO Bank Polski, Greenpeace, The British Heart Foundation and other universities like the London School of Economics and UCL as well as with associations of chief executives.
I believe there is always a better solutions, and I have great ways to help you find them.
"Unconventional and effective" Catherine Atkinson
"Noam was inspirational, dynamic and a breath of fresh air." Kerry Herbert
"Through my previous career in an international retail banking corporation I have attended numerous 'inspirational' training courses across the country. None of these compared either in style or quality of content to that provided by Noam." Stephany Creek

Projects ranged from consultancy projects (like the creation of the U-May Foundation), give training to middle managers of multinationals (like HP), coaching senior executives (like MT Development) as well as deliver training open to the public.
PerforMinds went through a few rebranding and was my first fully independent venture.
Topic covered was mostly around people skills: public speaking, conflict management, creativity and innovation, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence.
Coach, Trainer and People Development Consultant
AIESEC
Nonprofit; 10,001+ employees; Nonprofit Organization Management industry

I started my journey by organizing events like an international conference on entrepreneurship in Turkey with 250 participants from 20 countries and 2 days career fair with 30 companies and 400 attendees in Bristol.
I mostly worked for AIESEC, the world's largest student organization, as a coach for executive boards and national management teams, as a trainer and chair for international conference and as a people development consultant for local and national operations. I also led teams of up to 80 people at a time, and coach teams with yearly cash flow of up to 100,000 euros.
I ran 100+ days of international seminars, conferences, coaching for 2000+ participants. My teams and I have delivered sessions on a wide variety of soft skills such as leadership, team and project management, emotional intelligence, sales, public speaking, teamwork, strategic planning and teambuilding.
The sessions that have been the most demanded are:
• Success of failure
• Creating your legend
• Leadership versus management
• Teambuilding through extreme coaching
• Train the trainer
I worked in the UK, Turkey, USA (Yale University), Malta, Slovakia, India, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Georgia.
My longest coaching support has gone to AIESEC Warsaw Universities that I have coached, year on year since 2006.
Executive Coach in Open Communication
ICCE Greenpol
October 2007 – August 2008 (11 months)
I delivered the famous Open Communication coaching on "how to build relations" to Managing Directors & Senior Managers of Polish and international companies in Warsaw in a variety of sectors from real estate to banking and IT.
I coached a 5 modules program over 30 hours of 1 on 1 sessions. We covered theories on building relations: making the first contact, building trust, improving appreciation, strengthening the relation, and win-win type relation building.
These technics are aimed at improving business relations with potential partners, investors as well as on a mass scale with the potential customers. The tools are based on over 20 years successful coaching experience of politicians and corporate leaders.
Vice President of People Development and External Relations
AIESEC
Nonprofit; 10,001+ employees; Nonprofit Organization Management industry
June 2006 – September 2006 (4 months)
At AIESEC Ahmedabad in India, my role involved a crisis management situation: the local committee had some serious challenges and brought me in to reverse the steam and go back in the right direction.
Strategic Development - assesment of current strategies, directions, and reality - creation of a platform and atmosphere to rebuild position in the market, redefine needs and opportunities, recruit new members, train and coach Executive Board.
Vice President of Events
AIESEC
Nonprofit; 10,001+ employees; Nonprofit Organization Management industry
February 2005 – May 2006 (1 year 4 months)
For AIESEC Bristol, I was part of the executive board with which we planned for the entire year. Our collective work was to build a business plan, a recruitment strategy and to finish the year outside of the red as we'd been left to start our term with debts.
My specific role involved leading a team of 25 people who organised 9 events including a Global Village, a Train the Trainer Conference, a Careers Fair and an Induction Seminar.
This is my first leadership position in AIESEC, and the first of many. Thank you AIESEC for helping me discover my passion.
