Over the last 18 years, I have been a technology consultant, banker, and business strategist. I've also worked with a broad array of industries including garment manufacturing, industrial engineering products, wholesale banking, institutional and asset based lending, and the software business.

I was working toward another Graduate degree, with a specific focus on how information technology can positively impact organizations when deployed properly. Unfortunately, I never completed this study, as I received an offer from Oracle that was compelling enough to drop night school at Columbia.
Graduate Certificate , Asian Studies , 1993 — 1995
Along with my Masters at Pitt, I specialized in Asian Studies. Included in those region specific studies were courses on Chinese History, economic studies of the ASEAN nations, and defense and security studies of South Asia.

The two years studying various threads of International Affairs was fascinating. I also spent the summer in-between, working on a study of the security situation in South Asia. I spent part of that summer doing research in India, and had the pleasure of spending time with various current and retired members of the Indian Armed Forces.
