I have a knack for delivering complex and challenging IT projects on time and on budget. My primary focus currently is in the enterprise storage market helping clients ease out growing pains from explosive data volume growths. We help our clients implement scalable and reliable storage strategy which can take care of their data storage needs for years to come. I have also been in product development market, and I helped bring a storage product on Windows 2000/2003/2008 and NetAPP servers to the market. The product required kernel level integration with NTFS Windows and has all kind of industry certification including from IBM , EMC , Hitachi Data Systems, CA (Computer Associates) and Microsoft. The product is quite popular with enterprise customers, it helps them in lowering the TCO by increasing utilization of their current investments in storage hardware/software and reducing load on the system administrators freeing them for other IT activities . Additionally in my long career I have handled IT projects in many industries ranging from financial services, manufacturing, mining, banking, health-care, insurance, PLM and retail. Apart from Enterprise software solutions, I have worked in the areas on web and web 2.0 Technologies and have expertise in gathering mountain of unstructured data via web crawling and peer-to-peer network (like Bittorrent) scanning, afterward transforming into structured data stored in indexable , searchable and highly scalable databases and file servers. I have worked in the area of risk management- information security risk, market risk, and other operational risk. I have a PMP designation from Project Management Institute (www.pmi.org) . I am also deeply interested in the US financial markets and have been a member of Market Technicians Association (www.mta.org) for a long time. I am a candidate for CMT (Chartered Market Technician) level III (final) and look forward to obtaining the charter in coming years.
