I was in the Professional Services Division of the Cleveland office in which I recruited for contract and temporary to permanent positions in the area. The main focus was customer service representatives in call centers as well as accounting and administrative roles. There were times where I did have to cross recruit and help out with production supervisors and other technical roles. Aerotek is very high volume in which there are metrics to meet for the clients that we worked with.
The highlight of the position was being able to recruit onsite for Bank of America and help build their Customer Marketing floor with qualified employees.
