Technical Distance Learning Team Lead at ChoicePoint
Greater Atlanta Area
Currently my goals are related to becoming more proficient in the different products we can use to train our customers. I'm learning to use Captivate to create interactive training, and am mastering PowerPoint, and SnagIt for live training implementations.
My experience as a Client Services Representative has assisted me as a trainer because I am well versed in the product that most of my training is focused on and because I am happy to help our customers. Starting in the Verifications team gave me the background I needed in order to understand the internal processes of our company.
