My past employment has given me the chance to gain experience in a broad variety of markets and technologies. Marketing, HRM, recruitment and ICT where areas always present in my educational and work history.
It all comes together to form Careersinholland.com. Utilizing internet, innovation and creativity to try to offer the best recruitment solution possible, which is my passion.
We focus on the best aspects of traditional channels like job boards and recruitment agencies. By combining these in 1 solution we've created a fast, effective an cost efficient service without comprimise towards the quality of matching. Because offering the best match at the right moment should be the goal and our ultimate added value.
We service the English language and multilingual jobmarket in Holland and cross border. Our specialities are: ICT, Callcenter/Customer Care, Engineering, Sales & Marketing and Finance. The majority of candidates are Ba/Bsc level and upwards and from within the EU. All have English language skills as a basic requirement.
Unique: we offer a no cure no pay job board, filtering out all non relevant response which leaves our clients with the best matching CV's. Job posting itself is free of charge and we repost jobs on a variety of additional job boards, networks and Twitter as standard. See presentation below.

Online recruitment of English speaking and multilingual personnel for (international) companies in The Netherlands. We combine the automated matching and ease of use of internet job boards with the personal service of recruitment agencies, and more. We specialize in ICT, callcenter, engineering, sales/marketing and finance positions, BA/Bsc level and up.
Innovative features like video interviews, online testing and smart use of all the web has to offer ensure optimal matchmaking, top search engine rankings for job postings and lower fees. Furthermore we offer all kinds of useful information and services for job seekers, partly through trusted partners.
We are operational since May 2008, and our new site and backoffice have gone live in February 2009. We are now able to offer a unique no cure no pay job board, next to traditional recruitment agency services. We currently get in approx. 240 job seeker registrations per month.
