I help business leaders who are frustrated with their current revenue growth and want more return from marketing and more strategic input from marketing.

Having discussed various issues with lots of companies many of whom are small to medium-sized business, others who are in specialist markets. Lately the two things they’re telling me the most are;

a. We need to be able to generate more sales ready leads from as many channels as possible. We understand marketing should be able to do this, especially with the internet, however they've often tried and it hasn't worked them or it's not working like it used too.

OR

b. It's difficult to measure the real return on investment from online marketing because marketing and sales are just not integrated and its difficult to actually determine what marketing activity is responsible for generating bottom line metrics like leads, sales and loyalty. In many cases they've already got the top lines stuff it's just that they're not making the crucial links.
