Recently implemented SAP CRM 2007 where my responsibilities included:
- Configuration of 12 CRM business roles. Designing the navigation bar and visible objects for each role. Coordinating with Basis administrator to setup the CRM business roles and corresponding authorization roles. Performing traces to find and fix gaps.
- Configuration of the multi-level categorization schema. The client utilizes this functionality for classifying two different transaction types, which drive many downstream processes.
- Configuration of the organization model, including activity types to drive tasks. Coordinating cutover activities for setup of users in CRM and R/3. This includes HR mini-master creation, CRM business partner creation, business role and org model assignment.
- Translating business requirements for 10 new printable forms in CRM and R/3. Designed the functional specs for the developers. Made edits utilizing SmartForms and SAP-scripts.
