I have been system testing for last 6 years. I also have 6 years Retail Banking experience and 2 years Contact Centre management experience. I've managed teams of between 2-40 people and have been very fortunate to develop both Business and Technical skills.
I have a Diploma in Business Management, am an affiliate member of the BCS and am a registered Banking ETQA SETA Officer in South Africa. I have also been ISEB Certified since 2005. My experience is predominantly in the financial sector including Credit Cards, E-Commerce and Publishing as well as Human Resources.
