Nicolai Andler’s Summary

Nicolai draws on a wide varitety of coaching tools and models to best respond to the individuals needs. Originally a management and IT consultant, Nicolai is able to see both strategic and operational issues quickly and clearly, thereby avoiding unnecessary time wastage on getting him up to speed.
Nicolai has founded the Ignite Group and runs his own coaching practice (the Life Coaching Centre) in Cape Town since 2004.
He was involved in leadership development programs and organisational coaching including executive coaching, Peer Learning Groups, personal development and Emotional Intelligence.
