Converted entire companies transportation department from Excel spreadsheets to SQL databases with web interfaces as well as Microsoft Access for easy manipulation and reporting. Assisted with the entire phone infrastructure for corporate buildings, store locations, and setup systems in new distribution facility. Systems included HiPath 300H, 3800, and 4000 with IP phones. Connection types ranged from fiber optics, cat 5, and EVDO. Provided support for users with voicemail setup, new user creation, office moves, and wireless phones thru a SpectraLink system. Positions were for a set contract period.
