On the personal side I had an opportunity to coach my daughters basketball team and also be on my local Boy Scout Committee. My son is now an Eagle Scout. My daughter was accepted to Bergen Tech and is following a Fashion and Art Design path. I try to set examples everyday on doing things ethically because A) it's the right thing to do and B) I have people that look up to me and look at me. I am a lucky man to have all this.

What I have done has changed the direction of this hotel. I aggressivly went after new leisure groups and FIT contracts and have brought a good number of them in. I have organized the front office. I was able to convince my management company to bring assistance to a new front office supervisor when we needed it. Swayed the owner to purchase a van to shuttle out guests within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. I do trade shows and can travel if needed.
