Nick began his career in information technology as a database programmer, but quickly realized that online marketing had the combination of strategy, data and technology he was really passionate about. Strategic Planning - Positioned Obility to specialize in serving the B2B market. Decided to focus client engagements on tracking revenue contribution (or opportunity amount) from Obility-managed campaigns, and we chose to work with clients where this is possible.

Operations Optimization - Built organizational chart and Obility departments, including the creation of written processes within each department. Established employee "Playbooks" for each position that reinforce Obility processes and role-specific KPIs. Implemented new technology to improve efficiency including a project management, resource management and time tracking system. Instituted regular client surveys and employee satisfaction surveys.

Leadership - Aligned team by feeding core values and leading corporate indicators into team member scorecards, which are reviewed and tracked monthly.
