Setup & managed the WebSphere Lab, participated in the architecture of the environment for using WebSphere, set the strategy for support with IBM, the establishment of a specific environment for using WebSphere and the strategy for when to use which J2EE solution with regards to the cost, utilization and support of each J2EE package in the mix. Assisted in the establishment of WebSphere application approval procedures to meet RAP (Reliability, Availability & Performance) goals and standards. Also participated in working with the development and support teams in the tuning and configuration of the applications and environment for optimal performance.

Developed a variety of other systems including parking fee computer systems for Cincinnati Time Recorder, conveyor control systems for Buschman Conveyor and a cardio-pulmonary metabolic cart used in the sporting industry and in hospitals for burn victims for Gould Medical-Sensormedics-Spectramed. A variety of languages were used from Assembly, Basic, compiled Basic, and C to Cobol.
Also held a pre-sales role for Hamilton-Avnet.

Co-founded a preservation group, Oakwood Preservation Trust, which saved the Oakwood city building from complete destruction. Enjoy politics and have participated in the process, working for a number of candidates and promoting fair elections and access to voting via a local support group. Participate in discussions by defending the liberties, freedoms and rights of all people, especially those who cannot defend or represent themselves.
