Officially, I was the Product Development Coordinator & Customer Support Representative. In this role, I worked closely with our executive team, outsourced development group, and our clients to develop the next generation of our CheckPro and Bank Check software. I also provided telephone and email technical support for our bank customers and traveled to financial institutions throughout the U.S. to provide onsite training.

Unofficially, I provided I.T. support for our 15 person office. I worked with our sales team to demo our software to prospective clients at their location and at bank trade shows. In addition, I worked closely with our CEO to demonstrate our technical capabilities to investors, ultimately resulting in the sale of PCS to a financial services company.
