I am an executive coach and corporate counsellor working with senior level people as they think through difficult issues. I call this "Thoughtful Conversations" and I see myself rather like a senior executive sounding board. I also work as a more general career coach.
I work with people at all levels, helping them to discover what they want from their career, how to progress within their company or industry and how to exit from a role or organisation effectively and professionally. Motivating employees whose performance has reached a plateau is another area I cover, along with helping teams to work together in a more positive and productive way.
I have been helping individuals who are stuck in their careers, or facing redundancy for over 10 years. My understanding of business and ability to work at a deep level with individuals ensure that I deliver good outcomes for all concerned.
I am now running workshops in job search skills to help people transition between organisations quickly and effectively. I have been delivering workshops along these lines on behalf of other organisations for years. Contact me if you feel your organisation's employees would find a workshop helpful.
