Nick Drake-Knight has been consulting and speaking for more than 20 years. In the 1990s, he lectured in management, before developing his consulting skills in Europe and the FSU. He returned to work in the UK as a senior business adviser for the DTI funded Business Link network, with a special interest in sales and service environments.
Nick is a board director of the UK’s leading mystery shopping company, Performance in People Ltd., (www.performanceinpeople.co.uk) providing sales and customer service consultancy to many of the UK’s (and the world’s) top retail, financial services and automotive brands.
