With twenty years of broadcast, digital, and interactive producing and development experience I have consistently strived to see that distinctions between mediums blur into a continuous landscape of user experience.
Starting "when the web was grey" I found success working with the NFL, NBC, FOX, MLB, and others extending their media presences on-line to capture a greater audience and broaden demographic appeal.
Frustrated by the technological limitations of the digital landscape at the time, I moved to traditional broadcast at (abc)News and learned the techniques and philosophies necessary for developing a rich user experience in a more passive medium while waiting for the digital world to catch up to my dreams.
At (abc)News I worked in the Advertising & Promotions department producing and developing the (increasingly cross-media) advertising, marketing, and campaigns for (abc)News. I was also involved in 'special projects' from the development and marketing of new programming such as 'Downtown', up-front presentations, breaking news, and the transition from analog to fully digital production.
As the "new media" landscape matured, I worked to blur the lines between on and off line broadcast with (abc)News and to extend traditional deliverables into the digital realm to provide richer content and greater interactivity.
Upon leaving (abc)News i have worked with a diverse list of clients and companies ranging from PBS to the ORF (Austrian Television Network) to VBS.TV, Harley Davidson, Palladium, ALLI Sports Network, MTV and others producing and overseeing the deployment of original content, branded experiences, and programming across all media from on-line interactivity, traditional advertising and broadcast, and event-based brand exposure.
Additionally I have developed short-run comedy series for Austrian Television, and oversaw the production and sale of a feature film during the past two years.

Designed and executed cross-platform media integration, branding re-design, broadcast retooling, video identity development, art direction, usability customization strategy, and project management for a variety of national and international corporations ranging from UPS to Consolidated Edison and PBS among others.

Up-front presentations, cross-media marketing campaigns for ABC (“yellow” campaign) and ABC News, including 20/20, Primetime, Nightline, and World News Tonight, driving viewership for each broadcast and digital presence.
•Rolled out all-digital 24 hour news network ‘ABC News NOW’ with broadcasting across all media platforms, from web to mobile to digital-tier cable.
•Re-imagined, redesigned, and executed the re-launches of 20/20, World News Tonight, and Nightline with the retirement (or passing) of their long-time hosts.
•Presided over largest viewership growth in news division history with 4½ to 5 share growth per segment and a top ten most visited website on the Internet.
•Boosted network from fourth place out of four major TV networks to a pitched battle over first place in network ratings.
