Sales - Account Management with Clubessential, LLC.
Cincinnati Area
I have over three years experience as a Copywriter and Marketing Specialist. I am currently an Account Manager with Cincinnati based Clubessential, LLC., an Internet technology and service company serving the private club industry.
I'm obsessed with Marketing, especially Internet Marketing.
And when it comes to blogs... I can't get enough of them. I love to get inside of the minds of some of todays Marketing Thought Leaders... and hope to someday soon be looked upon as a Marketing Thought Leader as well.

As a Sales Account Manager with Clubessential, LLC., I consult with over 150 private country clubs, golf clubs, athletic clubs, yacht clubs, and resorts... making sure they're using our Internet applications in the most effective manner to communicate with members.
It is my job to make sure the clubs in my territory are happy with Clubessential's products and services, and to introduce new software we have developed if I believe there's a good fit.
Above all, I nurture strong relationships with the General Managers, Controllers, Membership Directors and Key Administrators I speak with on a daily basis.

I worked for Fathead, Inc. when the company was headquartered in Blue Ash, Ohio... Fathead was bought by Camelot Ventures and moved to Livonia, Michigan... I turned down the opportunity to be interviewed by the new owners because I was not interested in relocating to Michigan.
As the Copywriter / Marketing Assistant at Fathead, I helped develop the Fathead brand through Website copywriting and e-mail marketing campaigns. I also contributed to Fathead.com's traffic growth through tweaking the e-mail templates' layouts... which led to higher click-thru rates.
Along with my teammates in the Marketing Department, we discussed retail strategy development... specifically how to get the Fathead product into NFL and NBA pro shops, and larger retailers such as Home Depot.
I also helped write the script and provided the voice-over for the Fathead Hotline on-hold phone message.

As the Copywriter at Infusion B-to-B, I wrote technical copy for industrial clients... drafted and proofed press releases... developed marketing communications plans for clients... crafted copy for Teradata website (division of NCR)... researched clients and competition.
(Privately Held; 1-10 employees; Real Estate industry)

I loved my days at CAP, but my heart made me move on to the advertising world.
As the Marketing Director at CAP, I created taglines, direct mail pieces, print advertisements, and additional collateral.
I also teamed with my co-workers to write our monthly resident e-newsletter.
I developed and executed marketing campaigns and created / maintained resident database for marketing initiatives.
