Undertook studies and R&D on various Air France intranets. Set up questionnaire and polls to evaluate electronic help and assistance for internal management.

Research to collect source material; creation of bonus material. Formatting of DVD architecture. Encoding and Authoring of the interface. Team of 7 people.
