I am the author and trainer of all Pushworth Service Packages for Hospitality, Corporate, Government, Private, and Retail, Community and Industry clients. The business of Performance is expression, freedom and creation. The performance of Business is order, system and form. As a qualified Front Line Manager and a Certified Trainer, I educate, faciliate and integrate a profitable synthesis of these two for every enterprise in a sustainable holistic responsibile fashion.

I am responsible for the management of all HR and as such am the author and facilitator of all training programs, manuals, policies and procedures .
I wrote, designed and formularized all functionality of our operational software, Aquarius and created the supportive training manual. It is a fully integrated program featuring Client Relationship Management database, comprehensive messaging facility, HR management; purchase orders and contracting, reporting, itineraries, reports, resource management, inventories, accounting for clients and company, accounts receivable and payable and bas and tax.
