I was the product champion for Tyan's line of graphics products. At the time, Tyan made an entry into enthusiast level graphics products utilizing GPUs from ATI Technologies. I spearheaded product roadmaps, hardware and software design, marketing and press relations. Tyan's entry into graphics was extremely well received by the industry and press. Tyan exited consumer graphics two years later due to manufacturing reorganization and a refocus on primary business strategies.

Tyan is now a subsidiary of Mitac Group.
