Alex Fenson’s Summary

I’ve spent a total of 20 years in the IT industry including 15 years in IT training.

Past roles have included providing IT training for service users with mental health special needs who were getting ready to move back into the job market. I was also the technical support for the staff I was working with.

Other roles have included being a field computer service engineer as well as other various IT training jobs.

It was while I was in my previous role and having to commute over 200 miles a day that I got into podcasting, new media and social networking. I also used to run a successful blog where I would review my favourite podcasts.

Eventually the commuting got too much and I got a job down here in Hampshire working in an admin support role where I’ve been ever since.
