I consistently build teams who implement technology and processes for enterprise and business management. I identify and mentor individuals to senior roles, visibility and acclaim.

I'm occasionally described as a "Necessary Evil" because I tackle tough problems of technology, processes and politics, bringing them together to provide efficiencies and standards. I "fix things" quickly by tackling issues head-on as both a senior manager and an experienced individual contributor when necessary. While short-term goals or "fire-fighting" results are highly noticeable, results over quarters and years are my strongest references.

I provide oversight and strategic consulting for broad business-impacting and deeply technology-centered contracts and relationships. I have defined and overseen multi-million dollar technology and process contracts with excellent results and feedback.

My goals are simple; Constantly taking challenges and maturing my skills, continuing to build teams that deliver...consistently and constantly, continue to identify and grow individuals to succeed me, and to at all times enjoy the process!

I care deeply about doing "the right thing" and believe that empowerment, accountability and evangelism combined is the right approach. As a mentor once clearly defined for me: "Weed, Seed & Feed!"
