    During my two years with Lucent Technologies, I led a local software development group in Herndon, VA, and off-site staff in CA and NJ after Lucent’s acquisition of Ascend Communications.
    o Led internal relationships in developing a combined Element Management platform for the Lucent Media Gateway, SoftSwitch and other Lucent products.
    o Led architectural development of Next Generation Lucent Media Gateway for command and control functions (OAM&P), providing complete control plane functions for entire system operation
    o Specified security architecture of Next Generation Lucent Media Gateway—passed review by Bell Labs security review panel, which is currently under review by CERT
    o Led development and “card bring-up” of key logic card for Lucent Media Gateway
    o Led development and “card bring-up” of high capacity modem card for an APX 8000 product
    o Directed security and facilities for local Lucent office of approximately 60 people.
