Creative Director at Hothaus Creative
Dallas/Fort Worth Area
A Creative Director based out of Dallas, Texas. I have been in the Broadcast News Industry for nearly 10 years, 15 years freelancing. If there was one thing I knew early on, it was that I wanted to design.
Learning the basics of graphic design, silk screening and pre-press preparation. I started out doing flyers, ads, shirts and CDs, basically anything I could do to get my foot in the door. I had quite a few projects under my belt before I even started college, coincidentally enough the same week I turned 17 (yes I got an early start). I eventually graduated from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Animation. Many years later and a few stations in between I am now a father of one and enjoying a successful career doing the stuff I've always loved.
I am currently on staff as an Editor and Creative Director at Hothaus Creative. Using my skills to create high-end graphics, editing and compositing for many of today's top Cable and Television Networks.

I've always had a love for CD package design... the cover art... the layouts. A fan of artists like Dave Mckean and Michael Whelan. I've tried to keep my feet wet on the print side of things. Working under the ForbiddenSky moniker I've had the opportunity to explore that love for design, and even work with some of the same musicians I loved as a kid. ForbiddenSky is where I get to experiment and try edgier and darker themes not usually associated with Broadcast Design. Through my continued working relationship with Director: Fabio Jafet I've been able to work on some great music oriented projects. Including...
