Canadian English teacher to speakers of other languages (EFL/ESL) and doctoral student of educational leadership, specializing in curriculum and instruction at the University of Phoenix online. Researching instructor use of blended learning in higher education. I am also the Moodle coordinator at Exploring New Domains.
My goal is to promote e-learning worldwide in education, environmental issues, curriculum development, PTSD, Peace (Education4Peace), Storytelling, Second Life, Mindfulness Meditation Practice, Collaborative Instruction and Learning via Wikieducator. I am an accredited PAIRS and Reiki practitioner with an interest in online distance healing.
Doctoral Research Study
I am researching blended learning in higher education for my doctoral research study. I would like to interview instructors who blend or would like to blend (mix) e-learning with face-to-face instruction in campus-based classes in higher education in the US and other countries. The interviews will be conducted online via virtual technologies in 2 or 3 months. Netanya and Italian Schools Present at Virtual International Conference
On May 5th, 2007 Nellie Deutsch of Ort Guttman School, Netanya, Israel and Maria Antonietta Sessa of the Galilie School, Benvento, Italy presented their classes' collaboration project under the IPNCL at the Moodlemoot Canada Conference hosted by the Athabasca University of Canada.
