Acted as the Onsite Project Manager for a Human Resources/Payroll Implementation. In this role, Neil managed a team with members situated in various locations across the country. Due to this dynamic, Neil was the primary contact between the client and CGI to review existing business processes and build testing requirements for the implementation of Human Resources and Payroll systems. Additionally, Neil used his knowledge to quickly analyze issues identified by the client to perform timely resolution.

While at Southwest Strings, Neil maintained a fifteen-user UNIX based network which quickly grew along with the company. His responsibilities grew to include the evaluation and recommendation of all computer and telecommunications purchases, in addition to negotiating contracts with shipping and telecommunication vendors for the international mail order company.
Outside of his technology role, Neil helped formulate the marketing strategy for the company. This strategy which led to a 33% percent growth rate over multiple years included implementing new shipping methods to improve customer satisfaction and package delivery time as well as other creative strategies to set the company apart from the competition.
