He is in charge of selling MaxView, the industry’s leading Network Management System used by Satellite Carriers, Broadcasters, and emerging IP carriers. Previously he was Regional Vice President of Asia Pacific Sales for the IPTV middleware company Espial, where he generated 30% of global revenue from scratch. He has also launched and managed a sales office in Osaka, Japan for embedded software solutions provider Wind River as well as sales offices in Shanghai and Beijing, China for semiconductor manufacturer Rohm.

A graduate of Amherst College, Neal has a BA in Asian Studies and is trilingual in English, Chinese and Japanese.
