Throughout my career, I've been a software developer, architect, analyst, and manager. Through all of this, the one constant has been in the role of coach and mentor. Most recently, this has manifested itself in the form of being an Agile coach for software development teams.

I've been involved with Agile development for about seven years now, and have been honing my skills as part of the Software Craftsmanship movement.

With regards to specific skills, I have an extensive hands-on background in Java (J2EE) software development, enterprise architecture, project management methodologies, as well as proven leadership ability.
