Nawsher led the development and implementation of four synchronized platforms – SMS, Mobile (WAP), Web, and Voice (IVR) of CellBazaar. He is also instrumental in establishing communication protocol with Mobile Network Operator’s SMSC, WAP and Web Gateways, setting up Web/Database Servers, and implementing Remote O&M system. He had collaborated with consultants from Microsoft and e2D USA in database troubleshooting, and coordinated mobile development with offshore consultant from Lucent Technologies. Nawsher played the key role as liaison with technology partners – Grameenphone (MNO), BracNet (Leading Corporate Intranet service provider) , Thakral Information Systems (IBM partner in Bangladesh), and PyxisNet (Denmark-Bangladesh joint venture) – on solution architecture and infrastructure setup. He had hand selected employees from technology department to build Development and Maintenance Team, charged with application and database enhancement, analyzing all critical systems, monitoring server vulnerabilities, and implementing appropriate solutions.
