    As a team coach I am passionate about helping clients:
    - to build high effective teams,
    - to use coaching to help team members develop both their individual and team skills,
    - to deal with the inevitable tensions that arise within teams,
    - to focus team energies outwards towards a common goal.

    As a Scrum trainer & coach, I teach Scrum framework, facilitate the Scrum work process, and also act as a mentor for the team to acquire the requested ‘agility’.

    Scrum provides a simple but effective approach to managing the work of a small collaborative team involved in the development of software or some other product. It provides a framework and set of simple rules that allow an appropriate amount of planning, control over the work, risk identification and mitigation, and issue identification and resolution.

    I have been getting requests outside of software development to apply agile to things like PR, interior design and other kind of projects. Through my experiences, I have seen that the experience of software product development is applicable to other areas.
