Over 10 years experience designing and implementing websites, information portals and transactional services for government agencies in both Australia and New Zealand.
Over the past four years, have collaborated with representatives of other government agencies to develop the the NZ Government web publishing standards.
Most recent achievement is the award winning website for Inland Revenue NZ (www.ird.govt.nz). Inland Revenue is responsible for the collection of tax and child support payments, and distributes financial assistance to many NZ families. Using the NZ Government Web Standards and user experience design techniques the site has been transformed into a customer-friendly space. The site was also voted by internet users the best NZ government website in 2006 and 2008.
