I have been working as a web application developer since 1995, starting with a shopping cart built entirely using javascript. I have a computing degree which ended in 99, I'm fully qualified in database design, especially good at web development that harnesses Object Oriented databases and programming that connects all manner of relational databases to web pages. Adding my perfectionist streak to the mix produces intense clean and crisp dynamic web applications created in Flash or clean HTML. Ask for examples, I have worked for over 30 smaller companies on custom website solutions over the years. I have created a WebStore module for one of the most well known Accounting Software companies in the south pacific, and a parts ordering system for Volvo, Jaguar, Citroen, Renault and Land Rover. I am currently working at eBay UK as the Senior Web Application Developer heading up PHP development. We are prototyping using the symfony framework and transitioning some applications to Java when proven first in PHP.
