I have focused my practice in three areas of law: business, taxes and estate planning. Those areas frequently intersect when businesses and/or individuals are planning for the two certainties in life: death and taxes. I strive to make the process easy, enjoyable, and cost-efficient for my clients. Ultimately, well-reasoned, proactive planning is the vehicle through which I can best accomplish my main objective: providing the client with peace of mind.

From organizing a new business entity all the way through negotiating the sale of a business, I provide guidance on every significant legal issue a business may face. In addition, I assist individuals with the development and implementation of an estate and/or business succession plan that distributes the estate according to the client's wishes and efficiently transitions the business. I work to minimize taxes, to limit future expenses and hardship for the client's heirs during the administration of the estate, and to ensure that the business will continue to operate without delay on the death of the business owners.
