For 7 years at AOL France, I managed the launch, promotion and support of multiple internationalized products and services.
These included the AOL flagship software (with mail, IM and search functionalities), but also
- security services (Parental Controls, Pop-up Blocker, Spam filtering...)

The job implied high-level project and program management, with tech, design, localization, QA, and beta strong ties, plus product management, from concept to promotion (through specs, design and launch), not forgetting Communities management and monitoring.
Over the years, as the company growed from 30 to 350 people, I set up and organized the product management team & activity, until a Product Department was finally created (early 2004).
