Sales Administrator/Group Rooms Coordinator: meeting with event organizers to accommodate the guests according to their special needs. Prepare the hotel and documentation from the time a group checks in to the hotel to the time group checks out with the final billing.
A)Rooms type inventory maintenance- providing inventory count for all guests in house to guarantee their accommodations and payment methods.
B)Group Accounting – maintaining house accounts, A/R for groups and banquets in the hotel, billing disputes for group and transient guests.
C)Internet Prospecting Manager- finding leads for business for sales department on the internet.
D)System Maintenance- in charge of main system passwords, building market codes, revenue management assistance, interface maintenance, inventory restriction on sold out nights. Provided MARSHA cross-training education for better communications between hotels and departments.
