Naresh is passionate about building a community of talented and capable software craftsman, the next generation software leaders in India. In recognition of his accomplishments, in 2007 the Agile Alliance awarded Naresh with the Gordon Pask Award for contributions to the Agile Community by establishing Agile User Groups in India and for creating the Simple Design and Testing conference.
Naresh Jain is the founder Vice-Chairman of the Agile Software Community of India (ASCI) and the organizer of the Simple Design And Testing Conference (SDTConf) & Agile Coach Camp. Naresh has help start various Agile User Groups including the Agile Philly User Group and various groups in India. Naresh is an active Open Source committer and enjoys teaching software development courses in Universities.

I worked as an Agile coach and technical lead on various teams. I was part of the team, which defined the initial roadmap for the Agile adoption program. I helped in starting seven Application Module teams. I played a critical role as an Agile coach on their Enterprise Architecture Group which provided architecture frameworks, guidance and supports to about 25 module groups and partners. The frameworks were developed using SOA as the fundamental design principle and they including Security, Persistence Framework, Enterprise Printing Subsystem, External Integration System, Web Services Framework, Eclipse RCP, etc. I helped in refining the target Enterprise Architecture and coach various teams on practices like Test Driven Development, Simple Design, Continuous Integration, Automated Acceptance & Functional Testing, Planning Game, Retrospectives, Showcases, etc.

After spending about 11 months on this program, the neural network was able to achieve 43% accuracy. The tools involved were Gimp, Image Magick and GTKmm on the Linux Platform.
