Operate and Manage the Real Estate Investors Club of Los Angeles. Established in 1996 REIC of LA is one of the largest and oldest real estate investor clubs on the West Coast. REIC currently has over 12,000 subscribers with over 9000 active email accounts. Their Monthly General Meetings average 250-300 attendees, who come to hear speakers on various real estate topics as well as network with vendors and other investors.

Tom The Homebuyer is a Real Estate Investor located in Palm Springs who I was working with to learn the real estate investing. My position was the Sales Manager and I was involved in several of the deals as a principle.
My duites in the company included:
•Sales manager of properties in inventory (10-20 homes at any time) including: processing leads, showing props, qualifying leads, locate financing, complete sales contracts and disclosures, open escrow, handle inspections.
•Property management for leased properties: coordinate handy men, take tenant calls, collect rents, troubleshoot.
•Write and maintain weekly sales ads, coordinate marketing for properties, update flyers, hold open houses.
•Buyers Coordinater: process new properties, record deeds, updating info on website, install signs and lock boxes on properties, complete purchase contract paper work, create and maintain property files.
