I once took a test to see what line of work I would be best suited for, and was told that I had a special talent for pattern recognition. It was suggested that I get into some sort of 'spy' work, puzzle solving, or even deciphering Egyptian hieroglyphics.

Instead, I ended up training myself to build websites. I am rather obsessive when I set out to do something, and this was no exception.

This was in 1999 when the internet was still young, and Yahoo ruled cyberspace. Fast-forward about 4 years and I was sitting in an office reading about the search engines and what made a website show up for a particular term. I had found my puzzle to solve, and I'm still doing it.

I've worked with real estate agents and small businesses all over, and have a large group of friends and associates from the east coast to the west coast, as can be seen by my references on here. I pretty much eat, sleep and breathe the search engines, and real estate is a passion, although I've yet to be wealthy enough to invest in it. My hero is Donald Trump, and my greatest wish is to someday be able to help him market one of his properties...:-)

My specialty is generating leads. I do this with a combination of website optimization, blogs, classifieds, and the social sites. You will hear that content is king, but you have to know what to do with that content to make it work for you..

  This was my first SEO job, and I still occasionally consult with them for search rankings in condos, rental management, real estate, and vacation rentals. Their main website is in the top 2 positions for over 100 Myrtle Beach search terms. Even with the stiff competition in Myrtle Beach, they still rank well, enjoying about 3500 visitors per day on the main site, and untold numbers on 8 or 7 satellite sites they have created.

  David O'Connell owned numerous companies and websites during the "preconstruction boom" days of mid 2005, and I worked on making him #1 on the search engines for everything "condo". At one time when he had the New Resorts company they were pulling in 30-40 sales leads a day from the many websites. Condolux ruled rentals and New Resorts ruled sales.
  
  After a time he went on to form several other partnerships, and finally to other things entiredly as real estate slowed in late 2007. We parted ways, although I still help with some of his websites and look forward to him someday returning to the industry.
