I once took a test to see what line of work I would be best suited for, and was told that I had a special talent for pattern recognition. It was suggested that I get into some sort of 'spy' work, puzzle solving, or even deciphering Egyptian hieroglyphics.

Instead, I ended up training myself to build websites. I am rather obsessive when I set out to do something, and this was no exception.

This was in 1999 when the internet was still young, and Yahoo ruled cyberspace. Fast-forward about 4 years and I was sitting in an office reading about the search engines and what made a website show up for a particular term. I had found my puzzle to solve, and I'm still doing it.

I've worked with real estate agents and resort management companies all over, and have a large group of friends and associates from the east coast to the west coast, as can be seen by my references on here. I pretty much eat, sleep and breathe the search engines, and real estate is a passion, although I've yet to be wealthy enough to invest in it. My hero is Donald Trump, and my greatest wish is to someday be able to help him market one of his properties...:-)

My specialty is generating leads. I do this with a combination of website optimization, blogs, classifieds, and the social sites. You will hear that content is king, but you have to know what to do with that content to make it work for you..

I've worked with the same group of Realtors and rental management companies in Myrtle Beach off and on since I started my business. I don't believe that it's ethical to do SEO work for competing businesses, so locally, I can't really help other real estate folks. I'm presently starting a project with my Allstate agent, and am available to help other types of small businesses in Myrtle Beach that need search engine placement.

This was my first SEO job, and I'm still helping Condolux to stay at the top of the search engines for condos, rental management, real estate, and vacation rentals. At one time their main website was in the top 2 positions for over 100 Myrtle Beach search terms. It's not so easy now with all the competition, but they still rank well, enjoying about 3500 visitors per day on the main site, and untold numbers on 5 or 6 satellite sites they have created.
