Also, worked with Miss America Heather French to promote manufactured homes as a viable alternative for affordable housing, which included French's testimony before Congress. Orchestrated the giveaway of a manufactured home on the Today Show.
On the flip side, responded to hundreds of media inquiries from the Washington Post to the Wall Street Journal and handled a number of crisis situations. Developed and taught a Crisis 101 course industry wide.
