I analyzed FACE AIDS’ tech needs as a non-profit with 140+ national chapters and international reach then revamped their tech infrastructure to cut costs by leveraging free and open-source solutions.
I re-designed http://faceaids.org to better inform and impassion potential donors and members.
I also designed, built, and deployed a custom chapter management system in Ruby on Rails that significantly improves communication with and between chapters.

I researched and made recommendations for Smilebox's social networking strategy, particularly with respect to the Facebook Platform.
I kickstarted their SEO campaign, optimized the website, and took them from unranked to Top 10 on Google for multiple keywords.
I also conducted regressions on customer feedback data to determine key drivers of customer satisfaction.

I analyzed the effect of US government policy on media, tech, and telecommunications companies.
My main project focused on analyzing the key issues facing the FCC in the White Spaces debate and evaluating their likely economic impact on companies and consumers.
I also helped research and write a paper on disruptive technologies titled "The Black Swan of Telecomm (Hint: It's Not the iPhone)" and evaluated the impact of edge provider applications (e.g. Google, Yahoo!) on incumbent service providers (e.g. AT&T, Verizon).
